摘要
目的:建立忍冬藤痛风颗粒中绿原酸含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(10∶90)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长327 nm,柱温30℃进行检测。结果:绿原酸的线性范围为:13.88~48.58μg/m L,线性方程为:Y=41 313X+42 348,r=0.999 8;平均加样回收率为99.54%(RSD=0.87%)。结论:该法稳定、快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于忍冬藤颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定。
Objective:To establish the determination method of the contents of chlorogenic acid in RenDongTeng gouty granules.Methods:HPLC method was adopted,chromatographic column was Agilent Eclipse PlusC18(250mm4.6mm,5m),acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(10:90)was taken as the mobilephase,velocity was1.0mL/min,detection wavelength was327nm,column temperature30℃.Results:Linear range of chlorogenic acid was between13.88and48.58g/mL,linear equation was:Y=41313X+42348,r=0.9998;averagerecovery rate was99.54%(RSD=0.87%).Conclusion:The method,stable,rapid,convenient,accurate and reliable,could be used for content determination of chlorogenic acid in RenDongTeng gouty granules.
