摘要
目的:观察蓝光照射联合茵栀黄注射液静脉点滴治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法:将178例患儿随机分为2组,每组89例。对照组采用蓝光照射疗法,观察组采用蓝光照射联合茵栀黄注射液静脉点滴治疗。比较2组胆红素水平、黄疸消退时间、不良反应及治疗效果。结果:总有效率观察组为97.75%,对照组为80.90%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)水平均明显低于对照组,黄疸消退时间短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应观察组为5.62%,对照组为13.48%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蓝光照射联合茵栀黄注射液静脉点滴有助于降低患儿胆红素水平,促进临床症状缓解,降低不良反应,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of blue light irradiation combined with YinZhiHuang injection intravenous dripping in treating patients with neonatal jaundice.Methods:178cases were randomly divided into two groups,each group of89cases.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation therapy while the observation group was treated with blue light irradiation combined with YinZhiHuang injection intravenous dripping.The levels of bilirubin,jaundice regression time,adverse reactions and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was97.75%in the observation group while the control group was80.90%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The TBIL and DBIL levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the time of jaundice regression was shorter than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).What's more,adverse reaction in the observation group was5.62%while the control group was13.48%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of blue light irradiation combined with YinZhiHuang injection intravenous drip can helpto reduce the level of bilirubin in children,promote the remission of clinical symptoms,decrease adverse reactions and improve clinical efficacy.
