摘要
探讨高仿真模拟实训教学对提高护生岗位胜任力的影响。观察组学生的理论考试成绩、实训考核成绩及岗位胜任能力均优于对照组。高仿真模拟教学可有效提高学生的岗位胜任能力,提高实践教学质量。
High simulation practice teaching to improve the effect of post competency of nursing students.Observation group students'theory examination results,examination results and post competence training were better than control group.High simulation teaching can effectively improve the students'competence,improve the quality of practice teaching.
