摘要
经济全球化的深入发展,要求大学培养大批高素质的国际化人才,国际化成为高等教育发展的必然选择。本文分析了目前我国大学国际化人才培养的主要路径及存在的问题,结合深圳大学国际化人才培养实践,探讨了国际化人才培养路径,以期为促进大学国际化人才培养提供借鉴。
The rapid development of economic globalization demands the rapid growing of high-quality and international person of university.Internationalization is an inevitable choose of higher education development.This article analysed the main paths of university's international personnel training in China and problems existing in it,taking Shenzhen University for example.This article put forward several paths with a view to providing reference fo rinternational personnel training of universities.
