信管专业实践教学与应用创新人才培养研究与实践

Information Management Professional Practice Teaching and the Application of Innovative Talents Cultivation Research and Practice

应用创新人才的培养是专业建设共同关注的问题。文章在不断完善信管专业人才培养体系的同时,以适应市场对应用型创新人才的需要为导向,从实践教学入手,进行人才培养模式的改革。开展"应用型创新人才培养模式""实践教学体系改革"等方面的研究与实践,提出了信管专业关联实践教学改革及ERP人才培养的新思路;设计了关联课程实践教学环节及配套的课程实践教学方案;设计了ERP应用型创新人才培养体系和ERP实践教学体系;在校企合作人才培养模式方面进行了新的尝试。研究对信管专业的建设有一定的参考价值。

The project aiming at the application of innovative talent cultivation.At the same time of constantly improve the professional talent cultivation system,we made meeting the needs of the applied innovative talents as the guidance,using the practice teaching to reformthe personnel training mode.We carried out researches and practices such as"Applied innovative talents training mode","Practical teaching system reform","Related course practice teaching reform"and"ERP practice teaching reform".We innovatively proposed a new idea of information management professional related practice teaching reform and talent training of ERP.We designed the related course practice teaching step and made the matched course practice teaching plan.We designed the ERP applying innovative talent training system and ERP practice teaching system and carried on the new attempt in university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode.The results of this research provide a new strong point for the cultivation of information management professional innovative talents.
