美国NCLB法案背景下的在职培训个案分析与启示

摘要 教师培训是在职教师专业发展的一个重要途径。通过对美国NCLB法案背景下某南部大学承办的中学数学教师夏季培训班连续三年的跟踪观察,研究者系统介绍和评析了该个案管理和运作的成功做法,为中国的在职教师培训在项目使命和目标、课程设计和师资配备、学员招募与甄选、实施过程与方法、项目评价和发思、后续跟踪等方面提供了可资借鉴的经验。 Teacher-training is a valuable method that can help improve teachers'professional development.By observing a university's summer math institute in the United States under the No Child Left Behind Act(NCLB)in three consecutive years,the researchers systematically analyze and present the success in the administrations and operations of this In-service Teachers'Professional Development(ISTPD)program.This study provides some very useful experiences for the Chinese ISTPD programin many different aspects,such as the goal of the program,the curriculum design and staff arrangement,recruitment,process operation,project evaluation,and follow-up sessions.
