基于对话教学理论的课堂学习共同体的探讨

摘要 近年来,随着国家对教育的不断投入和对教育改革的不断重视与推进,在教育界慢慢盛行了关于教育改革的风潮,尤其是关于学习共同体的讨论越来越多。本文通过对"对话教学理论"和"学习共同体"的思考和分析,在二者相互运用的基础上提出了基于对话教学理论的课堂教学共同体,旨在通过学习共同体培养学生互帮互助的团队意识,以及正确、良性的竞争理念,使每位学生都能实现自身的发展目标。 In recent years,with the continuous development of national education and the continuous attention to education reform,the trend of education reformhas been gradually popular in the education sector,especially the learning community become more and more.This paper through reflection and analysis of"dialogue teaching theory"and"learning community",put forward a community of classroom teaching based on the theory of dialogue teaching.To cultivate students'mutual aid teamconsciousness,through the learning community and correct,healthy competition concept,make every student can achieve its development goals.
