摘要
人才培养模式是当前高职教育改革的重点和难点,是人才培养水平和质量的关键因素。文章通过江苏经贸学院校企合作实例,探讨了"四对接、三阶段、三身份"人才培养模式的构建与实践,为当前高职珠宝首饰专业人才培养模式研究提供了理论依据和方法支持。
Talents training mode is the important and difficult problem of higher vocational education reform.It is a key factor of the talent cultivation level and quality.As an example,cooperation between Jiangsu Institute of Commerce and enterprise,this article discusses the"four docking,three periods,three roles"talents training mode,include its construction and practice.This article provides a theoretical basis and support for the current study on the talent training pattern of higher vocational jewelry professional.
