摘要
本文结合食品质量与安全专业的特点,通过一系列的改革措施,如重构授课内容、改革教学模式、改进教学方法等,以期可以达到提高传染病学教学效果的目的。
This paper combines the characteristics of food quality and safety features,and through a series of reform measures,such as the reconstruction of teaching content,reform of teaching mode,improve teaching methods and so on,which can achieve the purpose of improving the teaching effect of infectious diseases.
