摘要
我们在进行机械零件加工时,常常会受到多种原因的干扰,而影响到零件加工的质量和效率,影响机械加工生产进度和企业的经济效益。机械零件加工对于机械生产企业来说属于生产加工的最关键环节。机械零件加工完成后最终的几何参数决定了加工精度是否达标,两者之间符合程度与零件加工精度成正相关的关系。质量工作抓上去了,才能确保机械加工的正常开展。在机械加工时,会受到多种因素的影响,造成工件质量低下,无法满足质量的要求。加工精度是衡量机械零件加工水平的标准之一,要提高机械加工精度,就需要查找出影响机械加工精度的主要原因和条件,并提出解决措施,减少或者杜绝机械零件加工时出现的误差等问题。
