摘要
探究复合缓蚀剂对碳钢腐蚀率的影响。方法:将实验用碳钢放置在不同质量浓度、酸碱性及温度的环境下,计算出碳钢的腐蚀率以及缓蚀率。结果:在酸碱性为10,温度为50℃,质量浓度为150mg/L的复合缓蚀剂当中,对碳钢的腐蚀率最大,静态碳钢的腐蚀率为0.0303mm/a,缓蚀率为86.31%;动态碳钢的腐蚀率为0.0350mm/a,缓蚀率为96.12%。结论:在存在软化水溶液当中,利用复合缓蚀剂对碳钢进行处理时,浓度增加或酸碱度提升,腐蚀率会降低,而温度与腐蚀率成正比,即温度增加腐蚀率会变大。
In the manufacturing process,thread turning processing method is the most widely used,but in the specific turning thread in the link,and restricted by various factors,often lead to the relative motion between the tool and the spindle,if a processing link errors,will make the fault in the process of Turning Thread occurs,if not promptly take effective measures to solve it,is not conducive to the processing activities smoothly.This paper summarizes several common faults of the screw thread,and puts forward some solving measures.
