摘要
本文对近十年来海洋鱼类、虾及贝类中粗脂肪的检测方法进行统计概括,针对其各种不同存在形式粗脂肪的提取方法加以总结、对比从而得出最适宜的提取方法。
In this paper,for the past ten years,marine fish,shrimp and shellfish detection method of crude fat in the statistical summary,according to the different extraction methods are summarized in the form of fat,compared to obtain the most suitable extraction method.
