外源有机碳对植烟土壤活性有机碳及酶活性的影响

Effects of Exogenous Organic Carbon on Soil Labile Organic Carbon and Enzyme Activity in Tobacco Growing Soil

摘要 试验设置2%木本泥炭(M1)、2%草本泥炭(M2)和2%褐煤(M3)3个处理,对植烟土壤的活性有机碳、碳库管理指数和酶活性进行了考察。结果表明:施用外源有机碳可以提高土壤活性有机碳(LOC)、高活性有机碳(HLOC)和碳库管理指数(CMI),提升幅度为木本泥炭>褐煤>草木泥炭;施用外源有机碳后,植烟土壤的过氧化氢酶活性均无显著变化,施用木本泥炭12个月后,土壤蔗糖酶活性降低了54.6%,脲酶活性升高了25.9%,而草本泥炭和褐煤处理的土壤蔗糖酶和脲酶活性变化不大。 The effects of exogenous organic carbon treatments on labile organic carbon,carbon pool management andenzyme activities in tobacco growing soil were investigated by conducted2%of woody peat(M1),herbaceous peat(M2)or brown coal(M3).The results showed that the application of exogenous organic carbon could increase the soil labile organic carbon(LOC),high labile organic carbon(HLOC)and carbon pool management index(CMI),and the increase rate was M1>M3>M2;after applied the exogenous organic carbon,tobacco soil catalase activity had no significant difference,12months after applied the M1,soil sucrase activity decreased by54.6%,urease activity increased by25.9%,however,the activities of sucrase and urease in soil treated with M2and M3were not significant.
