羌活化学成分的研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Components of Notopterygium

对羌活药材及基源植物化学成分研究的方法途径及所取得的研究成果进行了详细论述,羌活中主要含有挥发油、香豆素类、氨基酸、微量元素等物质,目前建立了气相色谱-质谱、高效液相色谱-质谱、核磁共振、指纹图谱法等方法评估羌活质量。以此为基础,对羌活的研究方向进行了探讨,为进一步开发利用羌活提供参考。

This paper discussed in detail about research methods and achievements of Notopterygium medicinal material and its base plant chemical composition,Notopterygium mainly contained volatile oil,coumarin,amino acids,trace elements and other substances,a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance fingerprint method to evaluate the quality of Notopterygium was established.On this basis,the research direction of Notopterygium was discussed,to provide reference for further development and utilization.
