摘要
牙周炎发生发展离不开细菌与宿主的交互作用。瘦素作为宿主免疫防御系统机制的一部分可能对牙周组织有着一定的保护作用。本文就瘦素与牙周炎关系的研究进展作一综述。
The initiation and progression of periodontal disease were reported to be the results of complicated interactions between specific subgingival bacteria and host immuno-0flammatory response.As a part of the immune and defense system mechanisms of the host,leptin may have a protective effect on periodontal tissues.We summarize the latest progress in the relationship between leptin and periodontitis.
