球型接头疲劳断裂分析及结构改进 被引量:4

摘要 应用疲劳分析理论,以及有限元的失效分析方法,对球型接头管路连接件疲劳断裂问题进行机理分析,发现球型接头管路连接件存在设计上的薄弱环节,即球型接头根部存在明显的应力集中,在振动环境下受双向弯曲应力影响,球型接头应力集中位置是结构薄弱环节,容易发生疲劳破坏。依据分析结果对球型接头管路连件结构进行了改进,改进结构的分析及试验结果,验证了改进措施有效,同时也证明了分析方法的正确性和可靠性。本文分析方法对结构件动强度及疲劳寿命分析具有一定的参考价值。 The fracture fault of the spherical tube union was analyzed using the fatigue life theory,the FEA of static strength and dynamic intensity,and the observation of microscopic morphology.The results shown,with unsubstantial dynamic intensity,in the coupled vibration stress region,the spherical tube union fatigue and fracture.Based on the analysis result,the structure of the spherical tube union was improved and a test was carried out on the efficiency of the improved structure.The test results shown the improved structure was effectual,which testified the correctness and the reliability of the analysis way in the text from another point of view.
