地尔硫卓联合前列地尔治疗变异型心绞痛疗效分析

Curative effect of diltiazem combined with alprostadil on variant angina

目的探讨地尔硫卓联合前列地尔治疗变异型心绞痛的疗效并进行分析。方法选取2013年2月~2016年2月于广西省河池市人民医院收治的变异型心绞痛患者76例,随机分为两组,每组38例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组患者加用盐酸地尔硫卓片,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用前列地尔注射液静脉滴注。治疗1个月后对两组患者的疗效、血流流变学、内皮功能和安全性进行比较和分析。结果观察组患者的总有效率为94.7%,显著高于对照组(78.9%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=10.89,P<0.05);治疗1个月后观察组患者的全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原和内皮素-1水平显著低于对照组,而一氧化氮水平显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=4.350、7.397、4.527、3.335、2.975,P<0.05)。结论地尔硫卓联合前列地尔治疗变异型心绞痛疗效显著,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss and analyze the curative effect of diltiazem combined with alprostadil on variant angina(VA).Methods VA patients(n=76)were chosen from the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Hechi People’s Hospital from Feb.2013to Feb.2016,and randomly divided into2groups(each n=38).All groups were given routine treatment,and control group was additionally given Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets and observation group was additionally given Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets and intravenous Alprostadil Injection.After treatment for1m,the curative effect,hemorrheology indexes,vascular endothelial function and safety were compared and analyzed in2groups.Results The total effective rate was94.7%in observation group,which was significantly higher than that in control group(78.9%)and the difference had statistical significance(χ2=10.89,P<0.05).After treatment for1m,the levels of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and endothelin-1were significantly lower,and level of nitric oxide was significantly higher in observation group than those in control group(t=4.350,t=7.397,t=4.527,t=3.335,t=2.975,P<0.05).Conclusion Diltiazem combined with alprostadil has significant curative effect with higher safety in VA treatment,which is worth clinical promoting.
