摘要
目的采用HPLC对桂枝配方颗粒、饮片和水煎剂的指纹图谱进行相关性研究,考察三者之间化学成分的差异。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱,检测波长280 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃。分别建立10批桂枝配方颗粒、10批饮片、10批水煎剂的指纹图谱。结果桂枝配方颗粒HPLC指纹图谱中的12个共有峰均可在水煎剂中得到追踪,有10个可在饮片中得到追踪,并指认出原儿茶酸、香豆素、肉桂酸3种成分。结论桂枝配方颗粒与水煎剂的主要化学成分组成基本相同,其共有成分含量比例接近。
Objective To study the correlation of fingerprint chromatograms of Cinnamomi Ramulus formulagranules,decoction pieces and water decoction by HPLC;To investigate the difference of main chemical constituentsamong different forms.Methods The Diamonsil C18column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)was used with mobile phaseof acetonitrile and0.1%phosphoric acid at the flow rate of1.0mL/min,with detection wave of280nm andtemperature of30℃.The detection of10batches of Cinnamomi Ramulus formula granules,10batches of decoctionpieces and10batches of water decoction were established respectively.Results Totally12peaks in the HPLCfingerprint chromatogram from10batches of formula granules could be tracked in the water decoction;10peaks inthe HPLC fingerprint chromatogram could be tracked in the decoction pieces.Three components,such asprotocatechuic acid,coumarin and cinnamic acid were verified.Conclusion The main chemical components ofCinnamomi Ramulus formula granules and water decoction are basically the same,and the common componentcontents have similar proportion.
