小儿支原体肺炎予阿奇霉素治疗的临床分析

Clinical analysis of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia treated with azithromycin

目的探讨支原体肺炎予阿奇霉素治疗的临床效果。方法 270例支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组135例。观察组患儿采用阿奇霉素治疗,对照组患儿采用红霉素治疗。比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为99.3%,显著高于对照组的91.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为1.5%,低于对照组的6.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床疗效显著,具有临床推广的价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mycoplasma pneumonia treated with azithromycin.Methods A total of270mycoplasma pneumonia children were randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group,with135cases in each group.The observation group received azithromycin for treatment,and thecontrol group received erythrocin for treatment.Comparison were made on treatment effect and occurrence ofadverse reactions in two groups.Results The observation group had significantly higher total effective rate as99.3%than91.9%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observationgroup had lower incidence of adverse reactions as1.5%than6.7%in the control group,and the difference hadstatistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin shows significant clinical curative effect in treatingpediatric mycoplasma pneumonia,and it has clinical promotion value.
