活血促孕方治疗免疫性不孕不育的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect by activating blood and prompting pregnancy prescription in the treatment of immune infertility

目的观察活血促孕方治疗免疫性不孕不育的疗效。方法 87例接受免疫性不孕不育治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(44例)与对照组(43例)。观察组采用活血促孕方进行治疗;对照组采用强的松与克罗米芬等常规西药进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率和免疫性抗体转阴率。结果观察组患者的抗卵巢抗体转阴率为82.9%,对照组患者为52.5%;观察组抗子宫内膜抗体转阴率为64.0%,对照组患者为34.6%;观察组患者抗精子抗体转阴率为63.6%,对照组患者为38.7%。观察组患者抗卵巢抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体、抗精子抗体转阴率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为88.6%,明显高于对照组的67.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于免疫性不孕不育患者采用活血促孕方进行治疗,可以提高治疗总有效率,使患者更好的受孕。

Objective To observe curative effect by activating blood and prompting pregnancyprescription in the treatment of immune infertility.Methods A total of87patients receiving immune infertilitytreatment as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group(44cases)and control group(43cases).The observation group received activating blood and prompting pregnancy prescription for treatment,and the control group received conventional Western drug therapy by prednisone and clomiphene.Comparisonwas made on total effective rate in treatment and negative conversion rate of immune antibody between the twogroups.Results The observation group had negative conversion rate of antiovary antibody as82.9%,which was52.5%in the control group.The observation group had negative conversion rate of antiendomethal antibody as64.0%,which was34.6%in the control group.The observation group had negative conversion rate of antispermantibody as63.6%,which was38.7%in the control group.The observation group had all much higher negativeconversion rates of antiovary antibody,antiendomethal antibody and antisperm antibody than the controlgroup,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously highertotal effective rate in treatment as88.6%than67.4%in the control group,and their difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of activating blood and prompting pregnancy prescription intreating immune infertility patients can improve total effective rate in treatment and provide good chance ofconception.
