浅析血管紧张素受体拮抗剂联合β受体阻滞剂治疗高血压的临床效果

Analysis of clinical effect of angiotensin receptor blocker combined with β blocker in the treatment of hypertension

目的研究分析高血压患者接受血管紧张素受体拮抗剂(ARB)联合β受体阻滞剂治疗高血压的临床效果。方法 102例门诊高血压患者,随机分为治疗组(52例)和对照组(50例)。治疗组使用ARB联合β受体阻滞剂组治疗,对照组使用长效钙拮抗剂(CCB)联合β受体阻滞剂治疗,对比分析两组血压、心率和治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组血压、心率均显著低于治疗前,且治疗组心率低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组间血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ARB联合β受体阻滞剂治疗高血压临床效果显著,是理想治疗方案。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of hypertension patients treated withangiotensin receptor blocker(ARB)combined withβblocker.Methods A total of102outpatients withhypertension were randomly divided into treatment group(52cases)and control group(50cases).The treatmentgroup received ARB combined withβblocker for treatment,and the control group received long-term calciumchannel blockers(CCB)combined withβblocker for treatment.Comparison and analysis were made on bloodpressure,heart rate and treatment effect in two groups.Results After treatment,both groups had significantlylower blood pressure and heart rate than before treatment,and the treatment group had lower heart rate than thecontrol group(P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in blood pressure(P>0.05).Thetreatment group had higher total effective rate as92.31%than74.00%in the control group,and the differencehad statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of ARB andβblocker shows significant clinicaleffect in treating hypertension,and it is an ideal therapeutic regimen.
