阿奇霉素与阴道栓剂联合在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect by azithromycin combined with vaginal suppository in the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis

目的观察阿奇霉素与阴道栓剂联合应用在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法 102例非淋菌性宫颈炎患者,随机分成对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组应用阿奇霉素与阴道栓剂联合治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果两组患者均完成治疗,治疗后观察组治疗总有效率为94.1%,明显高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗中均有不良反应发生,观察组中出现恶心2例、头晕1例、外阴不适1例,不良反应发生率为7.8%;对照组中出现恶心2例、头晕1例,不良反应发生率为5.9%;两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿奇霉素与阴道栓剂联合应用在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中的临床疗效显著,可在临床中推广。

Objective To observe clinical effect by azithromycin combined with vaginal suppositoryin the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis.Methods A total of102patients with non-gonococcal cervicitiswere randomly divided into control group and observation group,with51cases in each group.The control groupreceived azithromycin for treatment,and the observation group received azithromycin combined with vaginalsuppository for treatment.Clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results All patients in the twogroups had completed treatment.After treatment,the observation group had obviously higher total effective ratein treatment as94.1%than72.5%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Both groups had adverse reactions during treatment.There were2cases with nausea,1case with dizziness,and1case with vulva discomfort in the observation group,with incidence of adverse reactions as7.8%.There were2cases with nausea and1case with dizziness in the control group,with incidence of adverse reactions as5.9%.There was no statistically significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of azithromycin and vaginal suppository shows excellent clinical effect in treating nongonococcalcervicitis,and it is worth clinical promotion.
