帕罗西汀联合认知行为干预对广泛性焦虑障碍患者的影响

Influence by paroxetine combined with cognitive behavior intervention on generalized anxiety disorder patients

目的研究帕罗西汀联合认知行为干预在治疗广泛性焦虑障碍中的效果。方法 140例广泛性焦虑障碍患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组患者采用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组患者采用帕罗西汀联合认知行为干预治疗,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗8周后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和生活质量评分。结果治疗8周后,观察组患者HAMA评分为(7.2±1.3)分,明显低于对照组的(11.5±1.9)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活状态评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,两组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均较治疗前明显提高,而观察组患者提高幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕罗西汀联合认知行为干预有助于提高广泛性焦虑障碍的治疗效果,促进患者的康复,具有推广应用价值。

Objective To research effect by paroxetine combined with cognitive behavior intervention inthe treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods A total of140patients with generalized anxiety disorderwere randomly divided into control group and observation group,with70cases in each group.The control groupreceived paroxetine for treatment,and the observation group received paroxetine combined with cognitive behaviorintervention for treatment.Comparison was made on Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores and quality of lifescores between the two groups before and in8weeks after treatment.Results After8weeks of treatment,theobservation group had obviously lower HAMA score as(7.2±1.3)points than(11.5±1.9)points in the controlgroup,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statisticallysignificant difference of physical function,psychological function,social function and material living scoresbetween the two groups(P>0.05).After8weeks of treatment,both groups had much better physical function,psychological function,social function and material living scores than those before treatment,and the observationgroup had larger increasing range than the control group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of paroxetine and cognitive behavior intervention is helpful to improve curative effectfor generalized anxiety disorder and accelerate rehabilitation in patients.This method contains value for promotionand application.
