个体化电话随访对初发2型糖尿病患者的影响

Influence by individualized telephone follow-up on patients with incipient type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的观察个体化电话随访对初发2型糖尿病患者自我管理与疾病控制的影响。方法 68例初发2型糖尿病患者,按照出院先后顺序编号的奇偶数将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组患者出院后进行常规电话随访,观察组进行有计划的个体化电话随访,3个月后观察两组患者的疾病控制效果。结果观察组患者出院3个月后正确用药、合理饮食、适量运动、定期复诊、血糖监测、并发症自我防护情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);出院后3个月,观察组患者空腹血糖为(6.83±0.53)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖为(9.00±0.78)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白为(6.87±0.45)%;对照组患者空腹血糖为(7.88±0.83)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖为(10.43±1.18)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白为(8.09±0.57)%,观察组患者各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对初发2型糖尿病患者进行个体化电话随访,能够提高自我管理能力,有利于血糖控制,值得推广。

Objective To observe influence by individualized telephone follow-up on self-governmentand disease control in patients with incipient type2diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of68patients withincipient type2diabetes mellitus were divided by odevity of discharge order into control group and observationgroup,with34cases in each group.The control group received conventional telephone follow-up afterdischarge,and the observation group received designed individualized telephone follow-up.Disease controleffects in the two groups were observed after3months.Results The observation group had obviously bettercorrect medication,reasonable diet,fitting exercise,regular reexamination,blood glucose monitoring and selfprotectionof complications than the control group(P<0.05).In3months after discharge,the observation grouphad fasting blood glucose as(6.83±0.53)mmol/L,2h postprandial blood glucose as(9.00±0.78)mmol/L,andglycosylated hemoglobin as(6.87±0.45)%.The control group had fasting blood glucose as(7.88±0.83)mmol/L,2h postprandial blood glucose as(10.43±1.18)mmol/L,and glycosylated hemoglobin as(8.09±0.57)%.The observation group had all better indexes than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement ofindividualized telephone follow-up for patients with incipient type2diabetes mellitus can improve their selfgovernmentability,and it is beneficial for blood glucose control.This method is worth promotion.
