摘要
类石墨相氮化碳(g-C_3N_4)分子结构独特,禁带宽度(2.7 e V)较窄,可吸收可见光,是一种很有潜力的光催化纳米材料。本文介绍了g-C_3N_4光催化剂的性能改进方法:结构改性、元素掺杂改性、半导体耦合改性和染料敏化改性,并简单预测其发展趋势。
The graphite carbon nitride(g-C3N4)possessed unique structure and excellent performance,and the value of its energy band was narrow,so it could absorb the visible light,thus it was one of the potential photocatalytic nanomaterials.This paper introduced different methods such as structure modification,element doping modification,semiconductor coupling modification and dye-sensitization to modified the photocatalytic performance of the g-C3N4catalyst.And finally,the development trend was prospected.
