降低焦磷酸亚锡产品浊度的研究

Reducing of Stannous Pyrophosphate Turbidity

本文针对焦磷酸亚锡产品浊度高和不稳定的问题,在制备以及烘干工段对焦磷酸亚锡的生产工艺参数和工艺条件进行了研究。重点探讨反应溶液的温度、反应终点溶液p H值、烘干时间和烘干真空度等因素对产品浊度的影响,进而稳定和提高产品质量。

According to the high turbidity and unstable problems of pyrophosphate stannous products,the production process parameters and conditions in pyrophosphate stannous preparation and drying section were studied.The influence of reaction solution temperature,solution pH of reaction end point,drying time and drying vacuum degree on product turbidity,were investigated.
