基于表面肌电的中学生广播体操运动对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究第三套中学生广播体操《舞动青春》《放飞理想》两套广播体操运动过程中下肢肌肉的表面肌电信号特性,为广播体操在动作编排和改进方向上提供可靠的数据和理论参考依据。方法测试20名实验对象在完成广播体操时下肢主肌肉群的表面肌电信号,将肌肉贡献率作为研究指标,利用统计分析软件SPSS 16.0对其进行数据处理与分析。结果在进行《舞动青春》广播体操时,男性和女性贡献率最大的肌肉均主要集中在股二头肌;在进行《放飞理想》广播体操运动时,股二头肌、股直肌、腓肠肌外侧、胫骨前肌四块肌肉的贡献率比较均衡。 By studying on sEMG characteristics of lower limb muscle during the third sets of youth students broadcast gymnastics named“Dancing youth”and“Flying ideal”,to provide reliable data and theoretical reference for radio Gymnastics in the choreography and the direction of improvement.Method:Test20subjects in the completion of broadcast gymnastics and to obtain Surface electromyography signals from their primary muscles clusters in lower limb muscle group,the contribution rate,of muscle as a research target,The data were processed by SPSS16.0.Conclusion:when performing the“Dancing youth”broadcast gymnastics,male and female contribution rate of the muscles are mainly concentrated in the biceps femoris muscle,and when performing the“Flying ideal”broadcast gymnastics,the contribution rate of four muscles of the quadriceps femoris,rectus femoris,gastrocnemius muscle and tibialis anterior muscle was more balanced.
