摘要
该文笔者结合多年教学、指导实践的经验,运用文献资料法,探讨研究青年足球教师课堂教学中的情绪自控能力。研究表明青年足球教师学会调节情绪、稳定情绪,以最佳精神状态出现在课堂上,营造一个最佳的课堂气氛,达到不断提高教学质量的目的。
Combined with years of experience in teaching,guiding practice,using the literature material law,studying the youth football teachers'classroom teaching emotional self-control.Studies have shown that youth soccer teachers learn toregulate mood,stable mood,to the best mental state in the classroom.Efforts to create a best classroom atmosphere,to achievethe purpose of constantly improve the quality of teaching.
