浅析中小学体育课“课课练”内容及编排——以深圳市中小学体育课为例

The Analyses of Primary and Secondary School's "Wingsley Practice" of Physical Education's Content and Choreography—— A Case Study of Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in Shenzhen

体育课中体能素质"课课练"教学模式(简称"课课练"下同)是提高学生身体素质的重要内容和手段,但学生的身体素质持续下降,提高学生身体素质迫在眉睫。以深圳为例,为了解深圳市中小学"课课练"发展状况,更好地促进中小学学生身体素质的全面发展,对深圳各中小学体育教育教师、专家等进行调查,样本数为12名。运用问卷调查法,文献资料法,数理统计法,专家访谈法,研究结果表明:(1)深圳市各中小学学校体育教师等对"课课练"的认识度相对较高;(2)根据调查的结果"课课练"的教材内容编排有待创新。(3)"课课练"创编要根据学生的身心发展规律和特点来合理安排内容。

In physical education,the teaching mode"wingsley practice"is one of the important contents and means to improve students'physical quality,However,the students'physical quality is declining in a low way.To improve students'physical quality is immergency.In Shenzhen,for example,to understand the shenzhen"wingsley practice"development status of primary and secondary schools,to promote the all-round development of primary and middle school students'physical quality,primary and secondary school physical education teachers,expert investigation in shenzhen,12people has been investigated as an sample of the analysis.Besides,after using the questionnaire investigation,literature material method,mathematical statistics,expert interview method,we can get the result like that:(1)most primary and secondary school physical education teachers in shenzhen are on the high degree of understanding the“wingsley practice”;(2)according to the result of investigation,the"wingsley practice"teaching material content arrangement needs to be innovative;(3)the design and layout innovation of"wingsley practice"should bases on student's physical regularity and physics characteristics,to reach a reasonable point of arrangement of the content.
