职业导向下高职院校航海类专业体育教学改革研究

Research on the Reform of Physical Education Teaching of Navigation Specialty in Vocational Colleges

该文采用文献资料法、比较分析法、逻辑归纳法等对目前高职院校航海类专业的体育教学现状进行分析,认为高职院校航海类专业的体育教学工作不被学校领导重视,导致师资力量不够,经费投入不足,场地器材受限,体育教学目标模糊且具有一定的局限性,体育教学内容大众化且具有一定的单一性,体育教学评价简单化且具有一定的随意性。对此从高职教育培养目标的需要,航海类专业职业能力的需要以及终身体育理念建立的需要3个方面,提出了高职院校航海类专业在职业导向下进行体育教学改革的必要性,并探讨完善基于职业导向下高职院校航海类专业体育教学改革的相关对策,认为要以职业特点为出发点,进行体育教学目标的改革;以实用性为核心,进行体育教学内容的改革;以职业保健为指导,进行体育教学方法的改革;以终身体育锻炼为终极目标,进行体育教学评价的改革。

In this paper,using the method of literature,comparative analysis,logical induction of the current higher vocational colleges maritime professional sports teaching to analyze the status quo,that the higher vocational education of maritime professional sports teaching is not the school leaders attach importance to teachers is not enough,lack of investment in equipment,restriction,limitation of the sports teaching goal fuzzy with the popularization of sports teaching content,and has a single,simple evaluation of physical education and has a certain randomness.The training goal of higher vocational education needs three aspects need to maritime professional occupation ability and the establishment of lifelong sports concept needs,put forward the necessity of Higher Vocational Colleges maritime professional sports teaching reform in the occupation oriented,and discusses the relevant measures to perfect vocational colleges under the guidance of maritime professional sports teaching reform based on that,to the occupation characteristics as the starting point,the reform of the sports teaching goal;practicality as the core,reform the teaching content of physical education;to care for the occupation guidance,reform of teaching methods of physical education;lifelong physical exercise as the ultimate goal,the reform of sports teaching evaluation.
