预处理磷石膏在自流平材料中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 研究了石灰中和蒸压法预处理磷石膏,分析不同转晶剂对磷石膏结构和性能的影响,得出复掺0.015%硫酸铝和0.015%烷基苯磺酸钠预处理所得的α半水磷石膏绝干抗压强度能达到32.7 MPa,外部形貌主要为短柱状。选用粉煤灰、水泥等进行配料分析各组分对半水磷石膏基自流平材料的影响,根据JC/T 1023-2007检验标准检测其性能,并分析其微观结构,确定最佳配比为:α半水磷石膏50%,普通硅酸盐水泥8%,粉煤灰5%。此工艺条件下的自流平材料的绝干抗压强度和抗折强度分别达到16.87 MPa、6.03 MPa,30 min后流动度达到143 mm。 Surface of phosphogypsm(PG)was modified with the lime neutralization to analyze different crystal agent how to affect the structure and properties of PG,the dry compressive strength ofα-hemihydrated phosphogypsum after pretreatment with0.015%aluminum sulfate and0.015%twelve benzene sulfonte can reach32.7MPa,the external morphology is short column.Fly ash,ordinary portland cement and others ingredients were added and analysis of each component influence on self-levleing material based on hemihydrated phosphogypsum was carried,testing its performance according to the JC/T1023-1023-2007and analyzing its microstructure,results showed that the optimum ratio was as follows:50%α-hemihydrated phosphogypsum,8%ordinary portland cement,5%fly ash.The absolute dry compressive strength and oven dry flexural strength reached16.87MPa,6.03MPa,the fluidity was143mm after30min.
