摘要
以建平镁基膨润土为原矿,采用多级小锥角旋流器串联工艺进行提纯,并对提纯产品进行氧化球团造球实验。结果表明,当采用φ150 mm、φ75 mm、φ50 mm、φ25 mm、φ10 mm五级旋流器串联时,蒙脱石含量从62.32%富集到94.06%。选用φ50 mm-Y做黏结剂,配入量为1.5%时,球团落下强度为4.3次,爆裂温度为584℃,干球抗压强度为363 N,各项指标均达到市售钠化膨润土的性能。
The Mg-bentonite is used as raw material which is purified by multi-small taper angle hydroclone in series and the preparation of oxidized pellets using purified bentonite is carried out.The experiment results show that the content of montmorillonite is enriched from62.32%to94.06%when bentonite is separated byφ150mm,φ75mm,φ50mm,φ25mm,φ10mm small taper angle hydroclone.Pellets withφ50mm-Y dosage of1.5%,the drop strength of green pellets is4.3times/0.5m,burst temperature is584℃and the compressive strength of dry pellets is363N/piece.All indexes reach the performance of artificial Na-bentonite.
