摘要
以江西崇义小坑砂质高岭土为研究对象,在矿物学研究的基础上,分别进行筛析和水析试验、分级、水力旋流器、磁选、煅烧、漂白、剥片等工艺试验研究。研究结果表明,小坑高岭土自然白度大于70%,-0.045mm精矿煅烧白度可达90%以上,精矿产品可达到TC-0陶瓷原料、TL-1级涂料产品、XT-2级橡塑填料产品的工业要求,属优质高岭土矿。为小坑高岭土的开发利用提供了科学依据。
The arenaceous kaolin was researched,which from Xiaokeng,Jiangxi.Based on mineralogical research,kaolin was studied with screen analysis,hydraulic analysis,classification,spiral classifier,magnetic separation,bleaching,delaminating.The results showed the kaolin with natural whiteness greater than70%and-325section with calcination whiteness greater than90%.The concentrate product can reached premium grade standard of ceramic(TC-0),first grade standard of coating industry(TL-1),first grade standard of rubber industry(XT-1).It provides scientific basis for the development and utilization of this kaolin deposit.
