摘要
通过对钾长石原矿进行工艺矿物学分析,查明了主要杂质矿物及其赋存状态;采用"脱泥+反浮选"的除杂工艺流程,对脱泥和反浮选过程中的主要影响因素和试验流程进行研究。在-200目含量占75%、脱泥筛尺寸为400目、ZB-1用量为400 g/t,硫酸用量为200g/t,十二胺用量为300 g/t的条件下,取得了产率65.92%和含Fe量0.12%的钾长石精矿产品。
The main impurity minerals and its occurrence state of potassium feldspar ore were found out by the process mineralogy of analysis.The main influencing factors and flotation flowsheet were studied by using the remove impurity process of“desliming and reverse flotation”.The yield and Fe content of potassium feldspar concentrate was65.92%and0.12%,under the condition of the content of-200mesh was75%,the size of desliming screen was400mesh,the amount of ZB-1was400g/t,the amount of sulfuric acid was200g/t,the amount of dodecylamine was300g/t.
