摘要
高校管理类专业实践教学的实效性不仅受时间投入不足的影响,也受方法运用不当与运行机制不畅等问题的制约。以公共部门人力资源管理课程中的街头官僚工作分析为例,针对情境制约、数据获取困难以及参与式观察的信度效度风险等关键问题,介绍了如何开发和运用"职责编码表"、"现场观察记录指引"、"异常数据预警规则"等管理工具,以达成提升实践教学实效性的新型路径探索。
The efficiency of Practice Teaching of Managerial Majors was not only inhibited from insufficient time devoted,but also incorrectness in methods used and mechanisms operationalized.Taking the job of street-level bureaucrats that often appears in the course of Human Resources Management in Public Sector,this article introduces the critical problems existing in practice teaching of management Majors,such as constraints from contexts,difficulty of gaining access to data,and problems of validity and credibility in participating observation.Therefore,it is necessary that we should investigate and utilize code table of duty,rule of observation in site,and precautionary rule of outline data to advance the efficacy of practice teaching.
