摘要
模拟电路中常用的差分放大电路是构成直接耦合放大电路的基本电路单元,对于放大微弱信号有着极其重要的作用。本文分析了差分放大电路的基本性能和输入输出的四种不同接法,然后在理论分析的基础上,利用Multisim仿真软件提供的基本仿真分析方法,分别对差分放大电路的双端输出和单端输出进行了详细的仿真分析,测量了电路的静态工作点,电路的差模、共模特性,并对电路的输入、输出波形进行了分析。
As a basic circuit unit in analog circuit,the differential amplifier circuit can constitutes directcoupled difference amplifier,which plays a very important role in magnifying weak signal.The basic properties and the four different input/output connections have been analyst in this letter.On the basis of theoretical analysis,differential double-ended output and differential single-ended output have been provided in detail using Multisim.As a result,we can obtain Quiescent point,differential gain,commonmode gain and input-output waveform.
