摘要
电源质量下降,会使电子式和智能化的电动机保护器在故障判断和输出方面都产生误判,对比分析了电源质量对双金属片式和电子式两类电动机保护器的影响,对电子式保护器的传感器、抗干扰滤波、A/D转换、热积累数学模型四个方面引起的误动作进行了阐述,为电动机保护器的设计和选用提供了参考。
The power supply quality reduction will make the electronic-type and intelligentized motor protector misjudge the respects of fault and output.This paper carried out contrastive analysis of the power supply quality impacts on bimetal elements steam trap and electronic type motor protectors,and expounded the misoperation caused by the sensor of electronic protector,anti-jamming filtering,A/D conversion,heat accumulation mathematical model four aspects,which provides references for the design and selection of motor protector.
