摘要
当前,企业人力资源管理面临一些突出问题,大数据的来临为企业人力资源管理提供了新的机遇与挑战,企业人力资源管理部门要充分抓住机遇,将大数据运用到企业人力资源管理中去,不断探索人力资源管理的新路径和新方法,从而更好地促进人力资源管理的创新与变革。
Along with the raise of big data,there is a huge revolution in human resource management(HRM),which not only can be seen as an opportunity but also a challenge to the internal departments in a company.Especially,the department of HRMis required to catch the changing opportunities and make the newtechnology into managing people in order to accelerate the revolution in HRM.Nowadays HRMlacks creative power.For this reason,it is suggested that HR department opens the new path to be highly adaptive to the age of big data.
