丹参、通心络胶囊对冠心病超敏C反应蛋白浓度的影响分析

Influence of Salvianolic and Tong Xin Luo Capsule for C Reactive Protein Concentration in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨冠心病应用丹参、通心络胶囊治疗,对患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度的影响。方法:以随机抽签的方式,将2015年9月至2016年9月期间于湖北省监利县人民医院实施治疗的冠心病患者104例分为两组,其中对照组52例应用硝酸甘油,进行治疗,而观察组52例患者则应用丹参、通心络胶囊,进行治疗,通过研究结果,对比分析不同治疗方案对冠心病患者hs-CRP指标水平的影响。结果:观察组总疗效92.31%显著优于对照组82.69%(P<0.05),治疗前,两组hs-CRP指标水平对比无明显差异(P<0.05),治疗后两组hs-CRP指标水平均下降,低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后观察组hs-CRP(2.01±1.02)mg/L明显低于对照组(3.25±1.18)mg/L(P<0.05);治疗前后两组患者肝、肾功能,血、尿成功均未受到影响,且未发生明显不良反应情况。结论:冠心病应用丹参、通心络胶囊治疗后,患者hs-CRP指标水平显著降低,改善效果优于硝酸甘油。

Objective:To probe into the influence of Salvianolic and Tong Xin Luo capsule on the concentration of high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:104patients with coronary heart disease and who accepted treatments in our hospitalfrom September2015to September2016were randomly divided into two groups by the way of random draw.In the control group,52patients weretreated with nitroglycerin,while in the observation group,52patients were treated with Salvianolic and Tong Xin Luo capsule.Then,the influence ofdifferent treatment options for Hs-CRP index level in patients with coronary heart disease were compared and analyzed through the research results.Results:The total clinical effect in the observation group was92.31%,which was better than that in the control group of82.69%(P<0.05).Beforetreatment,there was no significant difference in the level of hs-CRP between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP of twogroups were all decreased,and which was lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the hs-CRP in the observation group was(2.01±1.02)mg/L,which was significantly lower than that in the control group of(3.25±1.18)mg/L(P<0.05);Before and after treatment,the liver,renalfunction,blood,urine of two groups of patients were not affected,and no significant adverse reactions were occurred.Conclusion:With the treatmentof Salvianolic and Tong Xin Luo capsule in coronary heart disease,the level of hs-CRP index was significantly decreased,and the improvement effectwas better than that of nitroglycerin.
