摘要
本研究通过文献查阅法和对比的方法分析得出我国最佳医院与美国最佳医院科研产出的差距,借鉴美国最佳医院科研建设的经验做法,提出我国医院科研建设过程中的相应对策:转变科研管理方式、加大科研经费管理力度、完善科研人员的制度机制建设、注重大数据的建设与挖掘、构建优势学科群。
Through investigation by literature search and comparison,this study has drawn a conclusion that scientificoutput in the best hospitals in China is not as plentiful as those in the United States.After learning the experience of the UShospitals,we should focus on the following aspects for the process of scientific construction of China’s hospitals:to changethe management style of scientific research,strengthen the management of scientific research funds,improve the systemconstruction of scientific researchers,focus on Big Data construction and mining,and construct the advanced disciplinegroups.
