分析了指挥行为的含义,根据信息系统中的指挥行为的特点,自顶向下建立了信息系统指挥行为评估指标体系,提出了使用模糊综合评判法对指挥行为进行评估的方法,通过算例证明了指标体系及评判评估方法的有效性。

The meaning of commanding behavior is analyzed.The commanding behavior evaluation index system is established and a evaluation method is raised using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the characteristic of the information system commanding behavior.At last,the effectiveness of the method is testified using an example.
