摘要 介绍了采用以IPM为开关器件的高频逆变电源驱动和保护电路设计,并介绍了基于DSP控制的硬件保护电路和电流、电压采样处理电路。最后给出了以该电路完成的逆变电源系统的实验波形和结论,实验结果表明,采用IPM作为开关模块与DSP芯片实现全数字控制,高频逆变电源输出电压质量好、可靠性高,极大地缩短了逆变电源设计周期,减小了装置体积。 The paper introduces the methods of driving circuit and protection circuit on high-frequency link inverter when use IPM as switching device.And designs the samping and protect circuit based on DSP in sine-inverter.At last,gives the wave and conclusion of this inverter.Exper imental research indicates that IPM which acts as switch device and Digital Control by DSP,the high-frequency link inverter has a stable output voltage with high reliability,high reliability,and the design cycle of inverter has been reduce greatly,the volume become more littler.
