摘要
由四个典型案例透视公立高职教师"退出难"问题,从教师"退出"中谁来考评、因何而退、退出程序、退后管理等四个方面开展争议分析,并探讨教师"退出"中的观念制约、制度缺位、程序失范、保障不足等多项制约因素,向公立高职院校提出相关对策建议。
This article analyzes four typical cases in which it is difficult for public vocational teachers to quit due to different evaluators,the reasons,the procedure and the rehabilitation measures.Besides,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions and solutions by focusing on such constraints as conventional opinions,system vacancy,unreasonable procedure and the deficiency of guarantee.
