新加坡高职教师培养与激励的经验与启示 被引量:3

Experience and Inspiration of Training and Motivate Mechanism of Vocational Teachers in Polytechnic of Singapore

摘要 介绍新加坡理工学院教师培养的四个方面经验,即:严格的准入制度、在项目中保持和提升技能、顺畅的流动机制、上司提升下属为使命的文化氛围。同时还归纳了新加坡教师激励方面的五大机制,即:公平公正不公开机制、协商式目标管理机制、心理收入激励、培训奖励机制与物质奖励机制。最后归纳了这些经验对我国高职教育的四点启示,即:建立协商式的目标管理机制,有利于教师的成长和目标达成;讲求公正公平和在某些方面不公开策略,可更好调动教师的积极性;学校工作不过度量化,讲求总体公平;减少横向比较,加强心理收入激励。 Based on the experiences of high vocational education management and learning in Singapore,the four experiences including strict access system,keeping and enhancing skills via developing items,unhindered influence mechanism and the culture of promoting subordinate are discussed in the present article.And five mechanisms in regard to the teacher's motivating mechanisms including fairness and justice and private mechanism,round-table management buy-out mechanism,psychic income motivate mechanism,training motivate mechanism and material incentive mechanism are also analyzed in the paper.Four inspirations,namely,round-table management buy-out mechanism is benefit for the teachers'growth and goal attainment,fairness and justice and partly private mechanism can stimulate teachers'initiative,teachers'works are not over quantization and are overall fairness,horizontal comparison should be deduced and psychic income motivate should be strengthened,are obtained.
