摘要
从学校培养层面、自身因素影响、企业需求视角三个方面审视剖析高职院校学生职业素养培养现状及缺失成因,提出对高职院校职业素养培养的目标、教学、情境、评价、保障、文化等方面进行资源的整体优化,以构建真实有效的职业素养培养机制。
From the three aspects of school culture level,its influence factors,enterprises demand perspective analysis of Higher Vocational Colleges occupation literacy training status and reasons for the loss,the overall optimization of resources in Higher Vocational Colleges occupation literacy training objectives,teaching,situation,evaluation,security,cultural and other aspects of the construction of the training mechanism,the real effective occupation accomplishment.
