摘要
目的:旨在研究PBL教学模式对留学生预防医学实验教学效果的提升,探寻适合留学生教育的模式,提高留学生预防医学知识的水平。方法:采用分层整群抽样法抽取大理大学2005级、2007级至2011级临床医学全部留学生,2005级、2007级、2008级采用传统LBL教学模式,共计207人,2009级至2011级采用PBL教学模式,共计251人,对两种教学模式下的预防医学实验课成绩进行评价。结果:相同教学方式下不同年级间留学生的预防医学实验成绩差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。不同教学方式下留学生的预防医学实验成绩差异具有统计学意义(t=21.063,P=0.000)。结论:与传统LBL教学模式相比,在PBL教学模式下留学生预防医学成绩有显著提高。
Objective:To study the PBL teaching mode for improving the effect in preventive medicine experiment teaching of international students,to explore suitable mode for international student education,and to improve their level of mastering knowledge with preventive medicine.Methods:A cluster stratified sample of all international medical students of2005-2011in Dali University were investigated.The traditional LBL teaching method was used in207students of2005to2008,while the PBL teaching method was used in251students of2009to2011for evaluating the preventive medicine experiment results.Results:The preventive medicine experiment grades different grade students of under the same teaching methods had statistical difference(P=0.000).The grades in different teaching modes had statistical difference(t=21.063,P=0.000).Conclusion:Comparing with traditional LBL teaching mode,the preventive medicine experiment grades of international students were improved significantly under the PBL teaching mode.
