摘要
太极拳是我国国家级非物质文化遗产,其中集合了传统儒家思想、道家思想,经过不断融汇贯通和整合以后,逐渐形成一套以修身养性、颐养天年为目的的传统拳术,其中包含易学的阴阳五行之变化,中医经络学以及古老的导引术和吐纳术,讲究内外兼修、柔和、缓慢、轻灵、刚柔相济。文章深入探讨太极拳松沉劲的修炼,以期给后来者以启发,弘扬中华民族传统文化。
Taijiquan is a state-level intangible cultural heritage in China,which brings together the traditional Confucianism,Taoism,after constantly will converge and integration,gradually formed a set of cultivation for the purpose of one's morality,improving personality,developing good aged life,including changes of Yin and Yang five lines of Yi-ology,the guidance of TCM meridian and ancient breathing training,paying attention to both inside and outside and repairing,soft,slow,light spirit.As early as2006,Tai Chi Chuan has been listed in China's first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.And"loose and sinking strength"is the basic skills of Tai Chi Chuan,it just like a solid foundation,determines your future improvement,in the following paragraphs,The study explores the Taijiquan pine sink strength training,in order to inspire and carry forward the Chinese national traditional culture.
