舞蹈练习对空手道型教学辅助作用的探究

On the Subsidiary Role of Dance Practice in the Teaching of Poomsae of Karate

"舞"和"武"给人的直观感受是项目跨度很大,然而古有"闻鸡起舞"一说,汉代武舞盛行,可见两者是存在关联的。这引发了一系列"舞"与"武"之间关联性的思考。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、归纳总结法、个人经验法,针对空手道的型和舞蹈两个项目做出分析,找出舞蹈对型的助力点,提出去粗取精,懂得变通;适度原则,量力而行;摆正观念,实事求是;把握共性,分清个性;设计舞蹈课程,优化教学内容等建议,以期对空手道型的教学、训练和辅助课程设置做出一定程度的参考。

Dancing and Kungfu are two different exercises.But there is a Chinese idiom----“Rise up upon hearing the crow of a rooster and practise with the sword”.It proves that dancing and Kungfu have something linked.This brings us into thinking.This paper,using the methods of literature,logical analysis,induction,personal experience and so on,analyzes the poomsae of karate and dancing,finding out the point that dancing practing is good for poomsae of karate,and makes advices that discarding the dross and select the essential,knowing how to change;insisting moderation principle,doing according to one's ability;correcting idea,seeking truth from facts;grasping commonness,distinguishing personality;designing dance course,optimizing teaching content and so on.We hope that these strategies will be helpful to teaching,training and setting up supplementary courses of poomsae of karate.
