湖南省普通高校阳光体育实效性研究

On the Effectiveness of Sunshine Sports in Universities of Hunan Province

为了了解湖南省普通高校阳光体育实效性,找出影响因素,文章采用文献资料法、调查法等多种方法,对湖南省8所普通高校阳光体育实效性进行研究。结果发现,湖南省普通高校对阳光体育宣传力度不大、组织管理不健全、课外锻炼学生参与度不高、体质测试成绩不理想,体育教学却不断深化。由此可见,阳光体育实施效果并不理想,仍向好的方面发展,进一步挖掘了影响阳光体育实效性因素:对阳光体育认识不够,校园体育文化氛围不足以及监督体系缺乏。

In order to understand the effect of sunshine sports in colleges and universities of Hunan Province,find out the influence factors,using the methods of literature and investigation,the paper does the research on sunshine sports effectiveness of8universities in Hunan province.The results show that in the colleges and universities of Hunan province,sunshine sports propaganda,organization and management are not perfect,the extracurricular exercise participation of students is not high,the physique test result is not ideal enough,sports teaching is deepening,thus,sunshine sports effect is not ideal,there is still a good development trend;to further tap the factors affecting the effectiveness of sunshine sports,we should avoid the lack of awareness of the sunshine sports,the lack of campus sports culture and the lack of supervision system.
