摘要
校企合作办学过程中涉及众多利益相关者,这些利益相关者影响校企合作办学的顺利与否和办学成效。在查阅校企合作办学资料和现实了解的背景下,以利益相关者为理论基础,以酒店管理专业为实证研究对象,通过实地调研进行问卷发放和深入访谈,对校企合作办学过程中的学生、学校(学校管理层和教师)及酒店(管理层)三类利益相关者进行研究,发现学生的主要利益诉求包括知识技能的学习、薪酬福利、价值认同和受尊重,学校管理层面的主要利益诉求包括对学校办学水平的提升、对教师的促进和对学生综合素质的培养,教师的主要诉求是促进教学和科研的进步,酒店管理层的利益诉求主要是酒店经营绩效、人力资源的充分利用和学生管理。
There were a number of stakeholders who affect the success of college-enterprise cooperative education and the progress of running schools.In the context of obtaining data about college-enterprise cooperative education and understanding of its reality,stakeholder were taken as theoretical basis,hotel managementmajors as the empirical study objects,three types of stakeholders in the process of college-enterprise cooperative education:students,college(college management and teachers)and hotel(management were investigatedthrough field questionnaire investigation and in-depth interviews.It was found that learning of knowledge andskill,salary and welfare,value recognition and being respected were the major interest demands of students;Thecollege management’s major interest demands were promoting the standard of college running and improvingthe comprehensive quality of teachers and students;The college teachers’major interest demands were promot?ing the teaching and scientific research progress;Hotel business performance,making the full of human resources and students management were the major interest demands of hotel management.
